ABOUT ME
I’m not perfect, so you won't see photos of my muscles.
I used to smoke and have battled with weight issues my whole life.
But a lengthy career in cardiac nursing led to a passion for health and fitness and a strong desire to support others to achieve their own health goals.​
​
After discovering the joy of trail running and realising I’m built for endurance not speed, I have spent the last couple of decades running long distances in some gorgeous parts of the world.
I also love to cycle and chase after my many beautiful and energetic grandkids.
