Located on the border of Ferntree Gully and Boronia, I bring a unique blend of expertise as a cardiac nurse, qualified personal trainer, runner, and cyclist to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
Training from my private home gym, I provide a personalised and supportive environment where your health and enjoyment comes first.

Core Training
A strong core is the foundation of any body. It keeps us from getting injured and helps to improve our posture. Keeping your core strong gives your body a stable, reliable framework to allow you to build a strong healthy body.​
Core work is NOT hundreds of sit ups! ​Through fun and varied workouts I will help you build a strong core that will allow your body to take everything you want to throw at it from a Tough Mudder to an ultramarathon!

Cardio Fitness
Don't like running? ​No problem!
The list of exercises we can do to get your heart rate rocking is endless.​
Building a strong, healthy heart using fun and varied exercises is my passion.
We will laugh, sweat, be breathless and sometimes collapse in exhaustion - but always with a smile and a sense of satisfaction, as every workout brings you closer to a strong heart and a longer life.

Strength Training
Want to get strong and torch fat?
​Building your muscles will do just that. The more muscles we build the more we can fire up your metabolism, and burn that fat.
​Want to do a full push up? What about a pull up?
​Strength training will help you get there. Targeted, specific weight-based exercises help build strong reliable muscles.
​And don't fool yourself - your heart rate will also get right up there with weight training!

GROUP FITNESS – 45 MINUTES
​Come and work out with a small group in a friendly, fun atmosphere – and definitely no yelling!
Bring bub along for a group session with other parents and kids.
Prams, baby carriers, and kids of all ages are welcome.

Group fitness sessions run Wednesday and Friday.
​
$15 per session ($10 for PT clients)
$135 for a 10 class pass
