ABOUT ME
I’m not perfect so you won't see photos of my muscles.
I used to smoke and have battled with weight issues my whole life.
But a lengthy career in cardiac nursing led to a passion for health and fitness and a strong desire to support others to achieve their own health goals.
After discovering the joy of trail running and realising I’m built for endurance not speed, I have spent the last 10 years running long distances in some beautiful parts of the world.
